Hello, I have 2 issues: I am writing for SATB 1- For some reason Finale won't allow me to assign lyrics to my tenor part when I'm in page view. When I'm in studio view it allows me, but when I print out the music or view the music in page view the lyrics are moved up to the Soprano line. 2- All of my lyrics are followed by a long red line indicating that the last syllable is extending through the music and various notes, I want my lyric to end on the note I put it on.. how do I do this? How do I take away that red line? my assignment is due in just a few days! please help! Please help. I didn't find the right solution from the internet.
