Step 1:

Install Outlook on your computer
Create profile in your Outlook
Step 2: Download and install EdbMails Application on your computer

Download and install EdbMails on your computer. Download
Double click the EdbMails setup (EdbMailsSetup.exe) to install the application.
Follow the instructions that appear to complete the installation.
Step 3: Login’ or ‘Start Your Free Trial’ to access the application

Click the ‘Browse for EDB’ button to select the EDB file. If you are using Exchange 2003 then EdbMails will automatically look for the corresponding STM file in the same location. For Exchange 2007 or above, STM file is no longer used. Click the ‘Continue’ button.



Step 5: Export EDB to Outlook PST file

Select the required mailboxes / folders and click the ‘Export to Outlook PST’ button to continue. Alternatively, you can right click on the selected mailboxes / folders and select the option ‘Export Selected Mailboxes / Folders to Office 365 Server’.

Start the Export Operation

Click the ‘Continue’ button to start the operation.

Select PST location

If the PST location has not been selected then the application will prompt to select the PST location. Select the PST location where you want to save the exported data. Ensure that you have enough free disk space to store the PST files.

That’s it! During export operation, you can view the progress as shown below.

Appropriate message will be displayed on completion of the export operation.

Start Microsoft Outlook and open the PST file to verify exported items such as emails, calendars, contacts etc.
